Eldoquin and Eldoquin Forte Skin Fading Creams with Hydroquinone

2% Hydroquinone Eldoquin FORTE Cream 4% Hydroquinone or 2% Hydroquinone

Eldoquin is a skin fading cream used to lighten age spots or other dark areas of skin.

These areas should be protected from sunlight during treatment as this product does not contain sunscreen. After treatment limit sun exposure.

Eldoquin is available in 2% and 4% strengths.

Eldoquin Directions

• Use once or twice daily.
• Do not use for children under 12 years of age (unless on the advice of a physician).
• If no improvement is seen after 12 weeks, discontinue use.
• Do not use near eyes or mucous membranes. In case of contact. rinse thoroughly with water.

Eloquin Skin Care Cautions

• Apply product to a small area of unbroken skin. If no excessive irritation or rash develops within 24 hours begin treatment. Discontinue use if irritation develops.
• Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
