Facial Massage

The soles of the feet...

Place your right leg on your left knee so that you can grip your foot with both hands and press the points on your sale with both thumbs side by side.

The first three points to receive pressure are on a line which bisects the foot from heel to toe.

The last is high in the rear of the arch, on the inside corner of the heel, above and slightly forward of the first point.

  • Move down the center line to the narrowest part of the foot and repeat the deep pressure. Pause.
  • Wrap your hands around the top of your foot and place your thumbs side by side just in front of the center of the heel pad. Give deep (20-pound) pressure for three seconds. Pause.
  • Move down to the point just behind the ball of the foot. Repeat the deep pressure. Pause.
  • Move back up and to the inside and place both thumbs on the fourth point, high in the arch. Give deep (20-pound) pressure for three seconds.
  • Place your left leg on your right knee and repeat the sequence on your left foot.

We now start the facial massage proper with the forehead.
