Facial Massage

Eye Contour Facial Massage (Japanese Shiatsu) Procedure...

The points surrounding the eyes are on the inside edges of the eye sockets. Use the index, middle and third fingers of both hands when performing this facial massage -- the left hand for the left eye and the right hand for the right eye. Do both eyes simultaneously. Remove any contact lenses first.

Treatments used in this facial massage:

For puffy eyes and/or dark circles - Yonka Phyto-Contour or Darphin Eye Serum (Vitaserum 40) + Darphin Arovita Eye and Lip Contour Gel/Cream.

For aging eyes/wrinkled eyelids or crow's feet - Yonka Crow's Feet Treatment, Yonka Wrinkled Eyelids Treatment; or Darphin Fibrogene Intensive Eye Serum (Oil-Free) + Darphin Arovita Eye and Lip Contour Gel/Cream or Darphin Stimulskin Plus Eye Cream.

  • Spread your fingers slightly and place the bulbs on the inside of the upper ridges of the eye sockets, with the third finger of each hand as close to the nose as possible.
  • With the fingers brushing lightly over your closed eyes, press upward against the inner ridge of the sockets with light (10-pound) pressure for three seconds.
  • Draw your fingers down slightly, with the bulbs resting on your closed eyelids. Press gently (2-3 pounds) for three seconds.
  • Arch your fingers slightly and press on the inner edge of the lower ridges of the eye sockets. Use light (10-pound) pressure against the bone for three seconds.

The next area for facial massage treatment in this sequence is the nose.
